Clarissa Tomasina and Manuel Estevez, partners from the Giotto project, won the Young Scientist Award at the Nanoengineering for Mechanobiology conference held at Camogli (Italy) between the 27th and 31st of March. They presented their work on SPION containing scaffolds for mechanobiology. The price came with 3000 EUR mini kick-start grant.
